Bidrag til Ghana

BTG is a small association that supports young entrepreneurs. Contribution to Ghana was started in 2010 and supports young entrepreneurs from challenged environments to create their own small business at the training, Hopin Academy . It can be a small turkey farm, agriculture, juice production, clothes shop, sewing fashion clothes or something completely different. We support both the training and contribute financially to the start-up of the company. Alongside the members’ support for training and start-up, Cisu (Danida) contributes money which supports the young people when they have started up, so that their business can become sustainable.

HOPin Academy

HOPin Academy is a civil society organization with a keen focus on promoting entrepreneurship as a way to create change and reduce the high levels of poverty and rural-urban migration of youth from Northern Ghana to Southern Ghana. The Academy has a special focus on delivering business development and digital skills training, business advisory, and business incubation. Since it started in 2013, HOPin Academy has impacted over 15,000 lives through its various projects and programs. The Academy also has a very active community of young people and volunteers with a common goal. Through the ‘HOPin Incubator Program’ which is a program designed for challenged young people with business ideas and supported by Bidrag til Ghana, 100s of young people have benefited directly and indirectly from the program.
